Coco's Credentials
Coco Chickeen is a chicken recipe critic. She reviews recipes submitted by home cooks, professional recipe creators, and AI models. Every recipe receives one of three stamps: DISAPPOINTED, ACCEPTED, or STAMPED. The standard is consistent across all submissions.
Her technique correction archive — Write This Down — documents the most common chicken cooking errors with specific corrections. Internal temperature. Brine time. Skin rendering. These are not opinions. These are facts.
The Stamp System
Coco uses a three-tier stamp system. Every recipe receives exactly one stamp. The stamp is final.
The recipe fell short of the standard. An error was made. Coco noticed. The error is documented.
The recipe met the minimum bar. It was not celebrated. It was not condemned. It was present and mostly correct.
The recipe met the standard. It did what it said it would do. This stamp is not given freely. It is earned.
For the full tier explanation, see: The Chickeen Stamp System.
What Coco Reviews
Coco reviews chicken recipes. Specifically: recipes that claim to produce good chicken. She watches the recipe being made — either via TikTok video, YouTube, or written submission — and delivers her stamp based on the technique observed.
The Standard
The standard is: the chicken must be what the recipe says it will be. If the recipe claims crispy skin, the skin must be crispy. If the recipe claims a tender interior, the interior must be tender. If the recipe claims a 165°F internal temperature must be reached, it must reach 165°F. Internal temperature is non-negotiable. It has always been non-negotiable.
"My standards do not adjust. You must." — Coco Chickeen
